Rafer Alston kisses referee's bald head

The original tongue-in-cheek headline for this story was "Rafer Alston could face Game 7 suspension for kiss," but after sleeping on it, I decided I didn't want to give Stu Jackson, the league's Vice President of Basketball Operations, any more wild ideas. He's had enough technicals and flagrant fouls to review this postseason, you know?
With three minutes left in the third quarter of Thursday's Boston-Orlando game, Magic point guard Rafer Alston(notes) blocked Celtics center Kendrick Perkins'(notes) baseline shot from behind. Convinced Perk traveled on the play, Alston pleaded his case to NBA official Marc Davis. When Davis disagreed, instead signaling for a jump ball, Alston slapped — yes, there's that word with Alston again — a sloppy wet kiss on the top of Davis' bald head.
Now, as gentle as the kiss was, Alston's lips clearly made contact with Davis above the shoulders, and as a result, he should've been ejected right there on the spo— I'm kidding, I'm kidding, no more suspensions for Skip. But I wouldn't be surprised if the league sends him some free ChapStick or Tic Tacs — it's not like this is the first time Alston's kiss and played. What a romantic.
